WereMightyena Rant 'Online Laming'*The camera pans in, lens clouded, to show a weremightyena playing Battlefield 3*"Yes! Finally shot that flyboy dow-SERIOUSLY?! He kicked me?! That fucker! I hate hosts..."*The camera pans in again, this time to show the same weremightyena with his paws on the desk, as always*Welcome, ladies and Mentlegen. I'm the WereMightyena with Rage, back for another rant. The topic today: Online gaming. We've all seen the worst on it, let me give you my two cents. That memory was of a recent Battlefield 3 game I was in. I take it upon myself to shoot down aircraft, which isn't easy, and when I pull it off, the host-who I shot down-kicks me from the game. That is just part of my rant, however. Another is in TF2. We're about to win, game freezes, and then everyone is kicked with the "Host shut down the server" message. People, please stop being absolute (Female Cleansing Products and the Bag it came in) and stop being shitty hosts! Rage quitting isn't fun!Another thing. The amount of profanity
Chinese Astrology PoemThe ox is strong, he pulls on through,He bears the load, instead of you.A steadfast friend, good heart born,When danger rears, he lowers his horns. He shelters from grief, protects from fear,A great strong beast, and a lowly deer.Never missing, always there,If trouble strikes, hes faster then a hare.He cannot change, not easily swayed,A change of heart, it is delayed.Tell him no, he does again,A stone-set pattern, he began. But see past the flesh, the blatant flaws,And a puppy you'll see, with gentle paws.
StoryA young woman named Amber loved making art, and practiced writing all day long to become the very best in all her town. But one day, she was completely stumped. She looked around her room, full of art pieces featuring mystical books, sci-fi landscapes of a futuristic Clovis, and a portrait of James Patterson that looked so real, you could start a conversation with it. But nothing inspired her. Had she really created everything there was to create? Depressed, she looked out her window, and made a wish on a nearby dog for inspiration to return to her. The next morning, she sprung out of bed, and used her skill in writing to create the most beautiful deviation depicting stories reading anyone had ever seen. That night, she shouted out the window, "Thanks, dog!"
WereMightyena Rant 'Free Will'*The camera pans in to show a WereMightyena with his footpaws up on his desk*Hello, and welcome to another WereMightyena Rant. I'm the WereMightyena with Rage, as always. Now, I'd like to discuss the topic of so-called "Free Will". We all have it, right? Freedom to say, draw, write, do whatever? Wrong. Very few people have that privilege. Mainly married adults. You see, as a human child, I found myself limited by the desires of my parents. Do this, this, and this. Don't say this, don't write this, don't draw that. It frustrated the HELL out of me. Most children are not allowed to say their opinion, create things that they can create, or do what they do best. Now, I know, this seems harsh, but this is ridiculous. The U.S. Constitution doesn't apply to you until you are a legal adult. Until then, you are at your parents mercy. This is unfair, and often stupid. Children cannot protest any rules that the parents make, cannot object to any decisions, and are unable to make their own plans!
